Design
Preliminary design has begun and is expected to be completed in winter 2025 with construction to follow. This schedule may change due to permitting approval.
Design plans will be available prior to construction.
Construction
At this time, there is no timeline for construction. A phasing plan will be developed by the contractor prior to construction.
Financial
Assessment costs cannot be determined until the design is complete. Assessment costs are expected to be available winter 2025.
